Maintain Don't Gain

Join us for our annual Maintain Don’t Gain Challenge!

How it works:

  • Weigh-in between Monday, Nov. 20th through Wednesday, Nov. 22nd
  • HR has a scale if needed.
  • Submit your weight to HR in a sealed envelope.
  • Do your best to either maintain or lose weight throughout the holiday season. (Thursday, Nov. 23rd through Tuesday, Jan. 2nd)
  • Participants will earn 50 wellness miles!
